13 Register S.13(1) amended by Nos 52/1998 s. 259(1)(a), 93/2001 s. 25(1). (1) The Registrar must cause a register to be kept of all persons registered under this Part containing particulars of endorsements, if any, under this Part and the prescribed particulars. S. 13(2) amended by No. 52/1998 s. 259(1)(b). (2) The register may be inspected at the office of the Authority by any person during ordinary office hours without charge. S. 13(3) substituted by No. 93/2001 s. 25(2). (3) A person may obtain— (a) a copy of the register; or (b) a copy of an entry in the register; or (c) a copy of a page in the register— on payment of the fee prescribed for that type of copy.
