11AFailure to comply with section 11

11A Failure to comply with section 11 S. 11A(1) amended by No. 93/2001 s. 20(1)(a)–(c). (1) If a person fails to comply with section 11 or 11AA, the Authority must give the person a written notice stating that unless the person complies with that section and also pays to the Authority the late payment or lodgement fee by the date specified in the notice, the person's registration or endorsement, as the case may be, will be cancelled. (2) The date specified in the notice must be at least 14 days after the date on which the notice is given to the person. S. 11A(3) amended by No. 93/2001 s. 20(2)(a)(b). (3) If the person has not complied with section 11 or 11AA and paid the late payment or lodgement fee by the date specified in the notice, the registration or endorsement, as the case may be, is automatically cancelled.
