11Annual registration fee and statement

11 Annual registration fee and statement (1) A person registered under this Part must pay to the Authority the prescribed annual registration fee on the anniversary of the date that person was first registered under this Part. (2) An annual registration fee may be paid at any time in the 6 weeks before it falls due. (3) The payment must be accompanied by a statement in respect of the year up to the date the payment is made that is in a form approved by the Authority and that is signed by the person registered under this Part. (4) The statement must contain any information and be accompanied by any documents required by the Authority. (1) A person whose registration is endorsed under this Part must pay to the Authority the prescribed annual endorsement fee or, if no fee is prescribed, an annual endorsement fee of 40 fee units.
