#### 13AC Cessation of effect of this Division (1) This Division ceases to have effect at the start of the day after the Greater Sunrise Special Regime, within the meaning of the Timor Sea Maritime Boundaries Treaty, ceases to be in force under the treaty. (2) The Minister must announce, by notifiable instrument, the day that regime ceases to be in force under that treaty.
