#### 99 Minister may revoke approval under section 96 The Minister may revoke an approval under section 96: (a) on the application of the trading corporation approved to be the Fund under section 96; or (b) if the Minister thinks any of the conditions in section 96 are no longer satisfied; or (c) if the Minister is satisfied that the Fund has not complied with section 97; or (d) if the corporation ceases to be a trading corporation.
