#### 95 Authority may require evidence from employer The Authority may, by notice in writing, require an employer to provide within such reasonable time as is specified in the notice evidence of: (a) a policy of insurance or indemnity; or (b) membership of a protection and indemnity association or an employers’ mutual indemnity association; referred to in section 93. Penalty: 20 penalty units.
