#### 131 Employee to notify other employers that compensation has been paid (1) If an employer pays the full amount of compensation payable under this Act to an employee in respect of an injury the employee must notify all other employers against whom a claim was made that the employee has received compensation in respect of the injury. Penalty: 5 penalty units. (2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
