#### 102 Authority to insure if declaration made under section 100 (1) If a declaration is made under section 100, the Authority must: (a) as soon as practicable after the making of the declaration obtain a policy of insurance or indemnity from an authorised insurer for any amount of the Authority’s liability under this Act that exceeds $1,000,000 for a single event which results in an injury to one or more employees; and (b) have at all times after that time such a policy of insurance or indemnity.
