75 Application for review
(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of any of the following: (p) a decision of the Minister for the purposes of paragraph 51(4)(c); (r) a decision of the Minister for the purposes of subsection 55(1); (t) a decision of the inspector for the purposes of paragraph 62(1)(g); (u) a decision of an inspector for the purposes of subsection 62(7). (2) In subsection (1), decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
