38Variation of corporate plan

#### 38 Variation of corporate plan (1) The Board may, at any time, vary a corporate plan, whether or not it has come into force. (2) The Minister may, at any time, request the Board to vary a corporate plan, whether or not it has come into force. The Board must comply with the request. (3) A variation must be given to the Minister for his or her approval. (4) A variation comes into force on the day on which it is approved by the Minister. (5) If a variation of a corporate plan is approved by the Minister after the plan has come into force, the plan continues in force on and after the day on which the variation is approved as so varied. (6) If a request under subsection (2), or an approval under subsection (4), is in writing, the request or approval is not a legislative instrument.
