3Definitions

#### 3 Definitions In this Act: > Australian program means a program: (a) that, in the opinion of Screen Australia, has, or will have, a significant Australian content; or (b) that has been, or is to be, made in pursuance of an agreement entered into between the Commonwealth or an authority of the Commonwealth and the Government of another country or an authority of the Government of another country. > Board means the Board of Screen Australia. > CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of Screen Australia. > Chair means the Chair of the Board. > Deputy Chair means the Deputy Chair of the Board. > member means a member of the Board and includes the Chair and Deputy Chair. > program means any of the following: (a) a screen production; (b) an aggregate of sounds embodied in any material; (c) an aggregate of images or sounds, or of images and sounds, that is, or is intended to be, distributed without first having been embodied in any material. > screen production means an aggregate of images, or of images and sounds, embodied in any material that can be viewed on a screen (including, for example, a film).
