#### 22 Appointment (1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Board after consultation with the Minister. (2) The CEO holds office on a full‑time basis. (3) The CEO holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years. (4) The CEO must not be a member of the Board.
