15 Registration information
(1) An existing scrap metal dealer must give the Commissioner any additional registration information for the registered business carried on by the scrap metal dealer by 1 December 2024.
(2) If an existing scrap metal dealer fails to give the additional registration information under subsection (1), the Commissioner may, by written notice, suspend the registration of the business.
(3) In this section—
existing scrap metal dealer means a scrap metal dealer who, at the commencement of this section, is carrying on a registered business.
additional registration information, for a registered business, means the registration information for the business under the Act, section 6(2)(c1), (d1), (d2) and (e) that the scrap metal dealer carrying on the business has not, at the commencement, already given the Commissioner.
