12A Prohibition on advertising cash payment for scrap metal
A scrap metal dealer must not advertise that the dealer will pay for scrap metal—
(a) with cash, or
(b) by cheque payable to cash, or
(c) in kind with goods or services.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
