#### 32 Staff (1) The Chief Executive may appoint such persons to be officers of the Organisation as the Chief Executive determines are necessary for the purposes of this Act. (2) The terms and conditions of service (other than in respect of matters provided for by this Act) of officers appointed under this section are such as are determined by the Chief Executive.
