19Remuneration of other part‑time members

#### 19 Remuneration of other part‑time members (1) A part‑time member shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no determination of that remuneration by the Tribunal is in operation, the member shall be paid such remuneration as is prescribed. (2) A part‑time member shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed. (3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973. (4) A reference in this section to a part‑time member does not include a reference to the Chairperson or the Deputy Chairperson.
