73 Application of Subdivision C—current SES funding
(1) Subdivision C applies to a school: (a) for a particular program year; and (b) for a particular level of education provided at the school; unless Subdivision D, E, F or G applies to the school for that program year and for that level of education. (2) Subdivision C applies to the school whether or not the school is in an approved school system.
