70 Simplified outline
(1) This section is a simplified outline of this Part. (2) This Part allows the Minister to make determinations authorising the payment of financial assistance to the States for: (a) recurrent expenditure of non‑government schools; and (b) capital expenditure of non‑government schools; and (c) capital and other expenditure of non‑government rural student hostels; and (d) short term emergency assistance for non‑government schools; and (e) establishment assistance. (3) It also sets limits for financial assistance for those purposes.
