147 SES scores and funding levels of existing systemic schools

(1) This section applies to each systemic school in an approved school system that is included in the list of approved school systems because of subsection 145(1). (2) The Minister must vary the list of non‑government schools by setting out the school’s: (a) SES score if the school is not a special school; and (b) funding level. (3) A variation under subsection (2) takes effect, or is taken to have taken effect, on 1 January 2005. Once only operation (4) Subsection (2) requires the Minister to vary the list only once in relation to each school. (5) This section does not prevent the Minister varying the list of non‑government schools for the purposes of section 132.
