142 Approved authority
A determination in force immediately before 1 January 2005 for the purposes of any of the following provisions of the former Act: (a) paragraph 42(a); (b) paragraph 44(5)(b); (c) subsection 46(2); (d) paragraph (a) of the definition of approved authority in section 9; is taken to be a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of section 9 of this Act.
