#### 89 Languages education—improving learning outcomes The Minister may make a determination authorising payment of financial assistance to a State for expenditure for a program year connected with non‑government schools in the State to improve the learning outcomes of students who are learning languages other than English. > Note: Section 91 sets a maximum amount for grants to the States under this Division for a program year.
