76 SES scores—change proposals

(1) This Subdivision applies in relation to a proposal to vary a school’s SES score because the approved authority of the school considers that the SES score: (a) has not been determined correctly; or (b) without limiting paragraph (a), does not reflect the socioeconomic circumstances of the school’s community (in the way required by the guidelines approved by the Minister under subsection (2)); or (c) is no longer accurate because of a significant change in the school’s circumstances. (2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, approve guidelines for the purposes of subsection (1) and section 79.
