#### 73 SES scores—transitional determinations Scope (1) This section applies in relation to a school for which a determination of a particular SES score was in effect, as at 31 December 2008, under section 8 of the former Act. Transitional determinations (2) The Minister is taken to have determined that SES score for the school, for the purposes of this Act, by a determination (a transitional SES score determination) made under subsection 72(2), with effect from 1 January 2009. (3) Section 82 (notice of determination) does not apply in relation to a transitional SES score determination.
