#### 38 Current SES funding—scope This Division applies to a non‑government school in a State for a particular program year and level of education provided at the school, unless one of the following Divisions applies to the school for that program year and for that level of education: (a) Division 4 (maintained funding); (b) Division 5 (guaranteed year 2008 funding); (c) Division 6 (maximum SES funding).
