#### 150 Former approved authorities Scope (1) This section applies in relation to a body (the existing authority) that, as at 31 December 2008, was the approved authority of a non‑government body (other than a systemic school) under the former Act. Transitional approvals (2) The Minister is taken to have approved the existing authority as the approved authority of the non‑government body, for the purposes of this Act, by determination (a transitional approved authority determination) made under section 151, with effect from 1 January 2009. (3) Section 160 (notice of determination) does not apply in relation to a transitional approved authority determination.
