124 Determinations may be given retrospective effect
Any of the following determinations may take effect from a day before the day on which the determination is made, but not before 1 January 2009: (a) an approved school determination; (b) a determination varying or revoking an approved school determination.
Note: This section is subject to sections 109 and 118.
