#### 119 Changes to approved school determinations—location changes (1) If the Minister approves the proposal, the Minister must vary the approved school determination for the school under section 112 in accordance with the proposal. > Note: The Minister must give notice of the variation to the approved authority of the school (see section 123). (2) The variation must be stated to apply from the earliest program year stated in the application for the purposes of paragraph 115(2)(c).
