8 Age requirement

For the purposes of this Determination, an individual satisfies the age requirement on a bonus test day that is 1 January if:
-
the individual is aged under 20 on the bonus test day; or
-
the individual turned 20 on the bonus test day.

For the purposes of this Determination, an individual satisfies the age requirement on a bonus test day that is 30 June if:

the individual is aged under 19 on the bonus test day; or
-
the individual is aged 19 on the bonus test day and the individual turned 19 during the calendar year in which the bonus test day occurs.
