(1) Flavoured beverages, if 90% or more of the beverage is:
(a) milk (including skim milk);
(b) milk powder (including skim milk powder);
(c) whey, whey powder or whey paste;
(d) a combination of the above.
(2) Flavoured beverages that consist principally of soy milk or rice milk.
