8 Exemptions

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 7, sales tax is not payable under this Act by the person specified in section 7 upon the sale value of airport shop goods the sale value of which is, by virtue of the Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Act 1935, exempt from sales tax under this Act.
