#### 91M Review of decisions on accreditation
A person who is affected by a decision:
(a) under section 91J or 91K to refuse to accredit; or
(b) under section 91L to revoke accreditation;
and is dissatisfied with the decision may object against the decision in the manner set out in Part IVC of the Taxation Administration Act 1953.
