#### 88 Incorrect quote nevertheless effective for certain purposes If a person quotes in circumstances in which the person is not entitled to quote, or in a manner that does not comply with subsection 86(1), the quote is nevertheless: (a) effective for the purposes of section 15; and (b) effective for the purpose of sections 27 and 28, unless section 89 applies.
