81 Submission of documents for signature A licensed dealer shall not, in relation to the sale of a motor vehicle, submit a document to another person for the person’s signature unless at the time of submitting the document all material particulars in the document have been completed and any other matter contained in the document that is not relevant in relation to that sale has been deleted.
