43 Withdrawals—deficiency suspected (1) If it appears to the commissioner that there may be a deficiency in the trust account of a licensed dealer or dealers, the commissioner may, by written notice to the manager or other principal officer of the bank, credit union or building society where the trust account is maintained, direct the manager or other principal officer not to pay any money out of the trust account without the commissioner’s authority. (2) The manager or other principal officer shall comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
