Plain English Summary

These 1909 regulations set the subscription prices for weather bulletins and rain maps sold by the Commonwealth Meteorological Bureau, specifying fees for daily and monthly publications. They apply to farmers, shipping operators, and the general public who relied on printed forecasts and maps.

Subscriptions required advance payment and postage was charged extra. The rules fixed what Australians paid for official weather information used in agriculture, maritime safety, and daily planning.
