Tasmania regulation
This Amendment Order makes a technical change to the Sale of Hazardous Goods Order 2000 and declares that the change is incorporated into the authorised (published) version. It takes effect on the day it is notified in the Gazette and was made by the Products Safety Committee. The instrument itself does not create new fees or detailed obligations; businesses dealing in hazardous goods remain subject to the substantive rules in the Principal Order, and any compliance costs depend on those underlying provisions (see cl.2 and cl.3).
