18 Purpose of this Subdivision
This Subdivision is made for the purposes of section 107A of the Act and provides for the consequences of: (a) the suspension, under paragraph 106(1)(a) of the Act, of a licence held by a licensed authority; and (b) the revocation, under paragraph 106(1)(b) or section 107 of the Act, of a licence held by a licensed authority.
