12 Renewal date

For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of renewal date in section 34 of the Act, the following intervals are prescribed: (a) 21 months after the first renewal date determined by the Minister under paragraph (a) of the definition of renewal date in section 34 of the Act; (b) subject to paragraphs (c) and (d), each period of 3 years after the interval mentioned in paragraph (a) of this section; (c) the period of 4 years after 30 June 2016; (d) each period of 3 years after 30 June 2020.
