9 Processing fee for application for renewal of approval
For subsection 34K(2) of the Act, the prescribed fee for processing an application for renewal of a person as a rehabilitation program provider is: (a) if the person provides a rehabilitation program in 1 State or Territory—$1 000; or (b) if the person provides a rehabilitation program in 2 or 3 States or Territories—$3 000; or (c) if the person provides a rehabilitation program in 4 or more States or Territories—$5 000.
