17 Revocation of licence at the request of licensee
(1) If the Commission decides to revoke a licence under section 107 of the Act, the Commission must give the licensee a notice in writing, stating: (a) that the Commission has revoked the licence under section 107 of the Act; and (b) the date of effect of the revocation. (2) The Commission must publish the written notice referred to in subsection (1) in the Gazette or by notifiable instrument.
