#### 97N Repayment of premium excess etc. (1) Comcare must make the payments required under section 97L, 97LA, 97M or 97MA from Comcare‑retained funds. (2) If there is insufficient money in Comcare‑retained funds to make a particular payment under subsection (1) there is payable to Comcare, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly, such an amount as is necessary to enable Comcare to make that payment.
