#### 97C Estimate of premium for certain Commonwealth authorities When a Commonwealth authority is liable under section 128A to pay an amount in respect of an injury, loss or damage suffered by one of its employees, Comcare, in determining the amount of the premium of the authority for a financial year, must disregard: (a) any claim relating to that injury, loss or damage; and (b) any amount paid by the authority under section 128A in respect of that injury, loss or damage.
