#### 97 Determination of premiums Comcare must make a determination, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Commission under section 97E, of the amount (if any) of premium to be paid by each Entity and by each Commonwealth authority in respect of the financial year starting on 1 July 2002 and in respect of each later financial year.
