70BFormation and activities of Comcare subsidiaries

#### 70B Formation and activities of Comcare subsidiaries (1) Without limiting the generality of section 70, Comcare may form incorporated companies for the purposes of the performance of its functions or for the performance of functions under this Act that may be performed by subsidiaries of Comcare. (2) Section 86 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with subsidiaries of corporate Commonwealth entities) does not apply to Comcare in relation to the activities of Comcare subsidiaries under Part VIII or contracts referred to in that Part.
