#### 65 Modifications of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (1) This section has effect for the purposes of the application of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (in this section called the Act) in relation to a reviewable decision. (3) Section 57 of the Act has effect as if the reference to places in Australia or an external Territory were a reference to any place, whether within or outside Australia. (4) Despite section 18 (when to apply—general rule) of the Act, an application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a reviewable decision must be made within 60 days after the person making the application is served with notice of the decision. > Note: A person may, under section 19 of the Act, apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal to extend the period.
