34NFurther information may be required of applicants

#### 34N Further information may be required of applicants (1) If, having regard to the material provided in an application for initial approval or in an application for renewal, Comcare is of the opinion that further information is required from the applicant, Comcare may give a written notice to the applicant: (a) setting out the nature of the further information required; and (b) requiring it to be supplied within a period specified in the notice. (2) Pending the provision of the further information required, the processing of the application is suspended. (3) If the information is not supplied within the period specified in the notice requesting it, the application is taken to have been withdrawn.
