#### 34 Definitions In this Part: > principal, in relation to an applicant for approval as a rehabilitation program provider or for renewal of such an approval, means: (a) if the applicant is a partnership—any of the partners; and (b) if the applicant is a company—any of the directors of the company and, if the person responsible for the day to day running of the company is not a director, also that person. > renewal date means: (a) a date occurring not later than 12 months after this Act receives the Royal Assent that is determined, in writing, by the Minister to be the first renewal date; and (b) the dates occurring, at intervals prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph, after the date determined to be the first renewal date.
