135Former employees 65 and over who are in receipt of superannuation benefits

#### 135 Former employees 65 and over who are in receipt of superannuation benefits (1) This section applies in relation to a former employee who, on the commencing day, is at least 65 and is in receipt of a pension under a superannuation scheme. (2) The amount of compensation payable per week to the former employee under this Act is an amount equal to the employee’s 1971 amount.
