128Liability under previous Acts

#### 128 Liability under previous Acts Any liability of the Commonwealth, or of a Commonwealth authority, to pay compensation or make any other payment to a person under any provision of the 1912 Act, the 1930 Act or the 1971 Act shall, to the extent that it had not been discharged before the commencing day, be taken to have been incurred by the relevant authority on that day under the corresponding provision of this Act.
