(1) This Part is made for the purposes of section 57A of the SRC Act and applies in relation to medical examinations of an employee who suffers an injury, or claims to suffer an injury, and where the relevant authority considers that it is reasonable and necessary to obtain further medical evidence. (2) In this Part, a reference to an injury includes a reference to the effects of the injury.
